Yes — We cover the shipping costs across the UK. Every order is delivered to your home 100% free of charge within the United Kingdom. No minimum order amount is required.
UK orders typically arrive within 6-12 business days. You'll receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also use the Track & Trace page on our website for real-time updates at any time.
At the moment, we only ship within the UK and do not offer international shipping yet.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at info@rosieandjames.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 10 business days. The funds will be returned to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
We're sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible — no questions asked.

We recommend measuring yourself before ordering and comparing against our size chart, as fits can vary between styles.
